The dates of the extraordinary exam session can be found at esami.unipi.it.
Admission to the April extraordinary exam session remains unchanged for students in any of the following categories: students beyond the normal duration of their degree programme (fuori corso), parents, working students, holders of scholarships about to expire, students enrolled in transition single courses, athletes, students in detention, and students graduating in December.

Exam enrolment
Enrolment in the exam is required for all the categories listed above. It opens 14 days before the exam, at the same time as the exam is scheduled, and closes 84 hours before the exam, again at the scheduled time (resolution no. 235 of 12.10.2022).
Assessments: confirmation of the derogation from Article 23, paragraph 9 of the University’s Teaching Regulations (resolution no. 236 of 12.10.2022).
Please note: for working students, student parents and December graduates, exam enrolment depends on the assessment of the (mandatory) certification submitted. If the certification is not deemed suitable, the enrolment lapses automatically.
The required documents can be uploaded to didatticaeco.ec.unipi.it from 1 September 2026 at 12:00.
